I work with adults, 18 years and older, who are committed and motivated to make healthy lifestyle changes. I see people for psychotherapy, yoga, or fitness training as well as see people who are interested in a mixture of activities.
I work best with clients who are open-minded to incorporating mindfulness-based activities like yoga and meditation at home to complement our work.
Not at this time. In my opinion, working with insurance companies limits the work we can do and requires an outside party to dictate your needs. We can work together to create a fee structure that makes our work financially sustainable for you.
My standard rate is $100 for weekly 50-minute individual sessions, $120 for weekly 50-minute couples/partners sessions, and $25 for an individual to join a group. Prices change if the session is longer or shorter than the standard 50-minute session and if we meet more or less frequently than a weekly basis.
Cash, checks, and venmo are accepted forms of payment. Payment is due at the time of session or prior. I am happy to provide Superbills for clients to use your Health Savings Accounts.
A minimum of 24 hours notice is kindly requested to cancel your appointment without penalty. If you do not cancel your appointment at least 24 hours ahead of time or do not show for your appointment, you will be charged for the cost of service. I hold myself to this same standard. If I need to cancel your appointment less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled time, your next session is free.
